URN QR Code Memorial Tile Package by GTK
Who they were must be remembered.
Their story and their life must be captured, shared and preserved.
GTK Pages exist for this very reason. Intentionally minimalist, they offer a place to tell a loved one's story with the peace of mind that it will be there for future generations to visit and Get To Know who they were and why they mattered.
This GTK memorial package includes a GTK Page with accompanying registration certificate (securely stored both online & offline, continued accessibility for free in perpetuity), an Urn QR Code Memorial Tile, and a GTK Who Card.
Setup is easy. Simply scan upon receipt, enter the activation code provided on your registration certificate and add your details to the registration which will also create your GTK account (unless you already have one, in which case the page will be added to your account upon activation).
The Urn QR Code Memorial Tile included with your package is laser-etched ABS with an acrylic coating. The materials are selected to balance longevity with the protection of the surfaces they are applied to. The tile will never rust and can be refreshed at any time in the distant future, although for indoor use this is unlikely to be necessary. Adhesive is provided for convenience, but we always recommend checking your material’s suitability. Feel free to ask a member of our team to research it for you.
The tile is linked to your registered GTK Page and can easily be redirected to any web address of your choosing (for example, a Facebook page, website, or obituary).
GTK Pages are intentionally kept simple. Much like a blank page in a book, they provide a place to share stories, photographs and memories without unnecessary complexity. This simplicity is deliberate, helping ensure that each page can be preserved and remain accessible for generations to come whilst keeping our packages affordable.
GTK Pages are intended to stand the test of time. In addition to online storage, each GTK page is also archived and secured offline as part of our Book of Lives project. Archives are stored in secure vaults in the United States, Malta and other select locations.
You can add photos, write as much as you wish, and even enable guest posting so others can contribute to the page. While we do not host videos ourselves, in order to ensure we can commit to maintaining GTK's Book of Lives indefinitely, we do provide a feature that allows you to embed videos from services such as Vimeo and YouTube.
More importantly, all registered GTK Memorial Products come with a promise to preserve your GTK Page for free in perpetuity, because everyone deserves to be known and remembered.
Our team can also help you put the page together, or if you wish, assist with creating a custom memorial website.
