GTKME® Return & Refund Policy

At GTKME®, we stand behind everything we send out. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.

We Messed Up? We've Got You. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you. In most cases, that means we will replace or refund your item without requiring you to send anything back. All we ask is that you:

  1. Reach out to us at makeitright@gtk.us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Send us a photo or two showing the issue so we can understand what went wrong.

Once we have reviewed your message and photos, we will get back to you quickly with a resolution. If a physical return is required, a return address will be provided.

Need a Hand Setting Up Your Page? If you ever feel overwhelmed or need help setting up your page, assistance is available at no extra cost. Just email ahand@gtk.us and a member of our team will be happy to help. You can even email them what you would like on your page. Send us your photos and text and we will build it for you. Please note: gathering and sending your content to us is free. If you would like our team to source or create your content for you, that is a paid service we offer separately.

Change of Mind Returns If you simply changed your mind, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back, as items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. If a return is accepted, a return address will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EU Customers If your order was shipped into the European Union from the United States, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs under this right are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is required, a return address will be provided. Refunds will include the original standard shipping cost and will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. If you need assistance shipping your item back, please email makeitright@gtk.us and we may be able to assist you in shipping the item to one of our partners in Europe.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at makeitright@gtk.us.
