GTKME® Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We ship via USPS Ground and most orders ship within 48 hours of production being completed -- often the same day.

Please note that orders containing marble or stone products may require additional production time due to the nature of the materials. You will be notified of your expected ship date and kept updated throughout the process.

Orders with customizations, such as names, dates etc. may take a little longer to ship, we will keep you updated and notify you before we start processing your order if we anticipate a delay greater than two business days. 

International Shipping

International orders are available and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. If you have questions about international shipping to your region before placing an order, feel free to contact us at us@gtk.us.

We have two options for you. Faster shipping is available on request -- just reach out via the on-site chat or email us@gtk.us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
