Product Materials

This product is a 3 x 6 inch solid Carrara marble QR tile. Unlike surface-etched markers, the QR code is deep-carved directly into the stone and finished with monument-grade infill. This professional-grade engraving process ensures long-term legibility against the elements, matching the durability of traditional headstone lettering.

Also included is a GTK® Memorial Registry Card—a keepsake-quality card bearing your loved one's unique GTK ID and activation code. Conveniently sized for wallets or phone cases, it provides a mobile way to access and share the memorial page.

Each kit includes a 5 x 7 GTK® Principal Registry Certificate printed on sturdy card stock. This serves as your physical deed of remembrance; we recommend filing it with your important documents to assist with page recovery or ownership verification if ever needed.

Installation Guide

This 3 x 6 inch marble tile is designed for permanent installation on headstones, grave markers, or other stone surfaces using a suitable exterior stone-to-stone construction adhesive. Because memorial surfaces vary, adhesive should be selected separately to match your specific environment.

For a permanent bond, ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or debris. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions regarding temperature and curing time.

If you are installing this indoors or on a non-stone surface, choose an adhesive appropriate for both marble and your specific material. We recommend sourcing your adhesive ahead of time so it arrives with your tile. If you are unsure which product to use, please email ahand@gtk.us with a photo or description of your surface, and our team will help research the best option for you.

Care & Warranty

Care
This product is intended for permanent outdoor use. As with any natural stone, variations in color, veining, and texture are normal. To maintain the tile, clean occasionally with a soft cloth or sponge and plain water. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals, or pressure washers, which can damage the marble surface or the monument infill over time.

Please inspect your marble upon arrival. If it appears damaged or defective, contact makeitright@gtk.us promptly so we can assist.

Warranty
GTK® warrants this product for life against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers the integrity of the engraving and infill under normal intended use but does not apply to natural weathering, stone variations, or damage caused by improper installation or abrasive cleaning.

If your 3 x 6 Marble Tile ever requires renewal due to extreme age or accidental damage, GTK® can craft and ship a renewed stone marker for a small crafting, shipping, and handling charge as applicable at the time of renewal.
