Welcome to GTK. By purchasing or using any GTKME Link Anywhere Tile or Card, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them human.
The Product
GTKME Link Anywhere Tiles and Cards are physical products with an embedded QR code that links to a destination URL of your choosing. The QR code is activated at setup and linked to destination of your choosing.
Your Link
You are responsible for the destination your QR code points to. GTK complies with all lawful orders and takes reports of misuse seriously.
If we suspect a link violates applicable law or these terms, we will temporarily redirect your QR code to our customer care page so you have the opportunity to explain the situation. We believe in due process you’ll always get a chance to be heard. Only after review, if a violation is confirmed, will the link be permanently deactivated. We fully co-operate with law enforcement, be kind, be proper, be well.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use your GTKME product to link to content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. We answer to God, Man, Woman, Mother Earth, any Alien Overlords not yet formally identified, and the US Government — and we expect our customers to do the same.
Intellectual Property
GTK and GTKME are registered trademarks. All branding, content, and product designs are the property of GTK. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
Affiliate Disclosure
This site participates in affiliate programs. Some links may earn GTK a commission at no extra cost to you.
Limitation of Liability
GTK is not responsible for the content of any destination URL linked through a GTKME product, nor for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products beyond the original purchase price.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your GTKME product constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
